I found a clipping from a newspaper inside an old cookbook. 
It is dated June 28, 1987.  The article states Grilled Swordfish with Tequila Lime Sauce was created by chefs Everett Reid III and Stuart Clinton Reid via The Summer House. 

The Summer House Restaurant and cottages are still in existence. 

Back then, the article states, bicyles rented for around $8 a day!
